To open an account with Burwell Technologies please download and complete a Credit Application Form.
The digital version can be saved to your computer, completed in Adobe Reader, printed, signed, then scanned and emailed to mail@burwell.com.au or faxed to (02) 9792 2866.
The manual version can be printed from Adobe Reader, manually completed with a pen, signed, then scanned and emailed to mail@burwell.com.au or faxed to (02) 9792 2866.
Cash customers are also welcome (credit card* facilities are available).
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Our credit accounts are strictly 30 days from end of month. Once your application has been processed we will confirm in writing your credit account.
Payment methods include direct deposit, cheque and over the phone with credit card*.
