Safety Load System
The Safety Load System is designed to protect workers by providing a safe method to load Blast Machines from Bulker Bags. It features a 2-tonne Garnet capacity hopper and a pneumatic knife gate with a pneumatic cylinder. The system dimensions are 2650mm in length, 2000mm in width, and 2250mm in height. It includes a pneumatic operated toggle switch that can be operated from ground level, enhancing safety by eliminating the need to work at heights or under suspended loads.
This Australian-made system is built to AS4100 standards using Australian steel and is engineer certified for loads up to 3 tonnes. It is equipped with forklift slots that comply with Australian safety and site standards, ensuring it is site-ready. The internal mesh screen prevents foreign material from entering the blasting vessel, and the system has received a site award for its safety practices.
