1642CP Blast Machine
The 1642CP Blast Machine, known as the "Trigger Happy Portable Workhorse," is designed for continuous blasting with constant pressure. This feature minimizes the need for frequent stops and starts of the air compressor, which in turn reduces fuel or power consumption and decreases wear on the blast pot components.
The machine includes a screen and lid, Thompson II Valve, a 1-1/4" Auto Air Valve, and a 20m Deadman Control Line. It also features an ECK Electric Deadman Trigger, with an option for a Pneumatic Deadman Trigger. The blast machine has a usable garnet capacity of 175kg, a vessel diameter of 405mm, and a total weight of 145kg. Its dimensions are 780mm in length, 580mm in width, and 1180mm in height, with a volume of 90 litres (3.2 cu ft).
