Blast Ninja Blast Nozzles

Blast Ninja™ Blast Nozzles are designed to set a new standard in hearing protection and worker performance during surface preparation tasks. Developed through extensive aero-acoustic research in collaboration with the U.S. Air Force and Office of Naval Research, these nozzles reduce air exit velocity while maintaining particle velocity, effectively minimizing noise production without compromising blasting efficiency.

The Blast Ninja™ nozzles are available in various orifice sizes to accommodate different job requirements, ensuring optimal performance when matched with the appropriate blast machine piping, blast hose, and air hose. In some conditions, these nozzles have demonstrated increased production rates compared to conventional venturi nozzles, offering additional value to operators and businesses.
