122 Testex Replica Tape
The 122 Testex Replica Tape is designed with a foam side and a non-compressible backing. This configuration allows the foam to be rubbed into a surface, creating a permanent mold of the peak-to-valley profile, which can then be accurately measured using a Dial Thickness Gauge.
The tape is available in various profile ranges, including Coarse Minus (12 - 25μm), Coarse (20 - 64μm), X-Coarse (38 - 115μm), and X-Coarse Plus (116 - 127μm), catering to different measurement needs.
