2449 Blast Machine
The 2449 Blast Machine, known as the "Contractor's Choice," is designed for industrial projects and blast room applications. It offers up to 120 minutes of blast time and features a useable garnet capacity of 400kg. The machine's dimensions include a vessel diameter of 610mm, a length of 845mm, a width of 700mm, and a height of 1330mm, with a total volume of 185 litres (6.5 cu ft).
This Australian-made blast machine is built to AS1210 standards using Australian plate steel and is rated up to 175 psi (1200 kPa). It includes a screen and lid, a 1" dump valve, a 1-1/4" micromiser valve, a 1-1/4" auto air valve, and a 20m deadman control line with a pneumatic deadman trigger. The machine is equipped with rated lifting lugs and forklift slots for safe handling and transport.
