Bristle Blaster Ultimate Electric


The Electric Bristle Blaster is a tool designed to remove corrosion and generate an anchor profile using a specially designed rotary bristle tool. This technology allows the bristle tips to strike the corroded surface with kinetic energy comparable to traditional grit blasting processes, resulting in both corrosion removal and micro-indentation that exposes a fresh surface. The treated surfaces achieve a texture and visual cleanliness similar to those obtained by grit blasting, without the vibration or jumping, reducing operator fatigue.

The Bristle Blaster technology delivers surface preparation grades comparable with Sa 2½–3 and roughness levels of up to 120 µm. It is capable of removing corrosion and coatings quickly and thoroughly, with a working speed that varies based on factors such as the hardness and quality of the base material, rust grades, and coatings applied. The Bristle Blaster Belts are specifically designed for use with MONTI’s Bristle Blaster Pneumatic and Electric drive units, ensuring optimal performance and results.
