Vixen Aquablast 1215
The Vixen Aquablast 1215 features a steel cabin with white wall rubber lining and LED lighting, providing excellent visibility for the operator. It is equipped with a large opening side hinged door that includes a rubber bulb type seal and a slam shut mechanism with a large chrome handle for ease of use. A drip tray is positioned below the door to manage any drips when the door is opened, directing them back to the sump.
This machine is designed for various production purposes, thanks to its moveable foot switch and adjustable wiper and wash settings. It is effective for cleaning dyes and moulds, removing paint, rust, scale, carbon, and similar deposits. Additionally, it is suitable for surface preparation before bonding, repainting, and recoating, as well as for satin finishing of metals like stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium. The Vixen Aquablast 1215 can also clean PCBs and other electrical connections and remove small burrs from manufactured components.
