400 Breeze-Pro Air Dryer
The 400 Breeze-Pro Air Dryer is the smallest air dryer designed for use with Single Outlet Blast Machines. It features a desiccant-free design utilizing an Australian Made Coalescing Stainless Steel Filter, ensuring efficient moisture removal from blasting air. This air dryer is capable of removing up to 90% of moisture under conditions of approximately 35 degrees Celsius ambient temperature and 100% relative humidity, with a maximum working pressure of 200 psi.
Constructed in Australia to AS1210 standards using Australian Plate Steel, the 400 Breeze-Pro Air Dryer is built tough, rated to 175 psi, and designed to withstand harsh Australian climates and rugged terrains. It includes a pressure relief valve with a certificate, an air regulator, a moisture trap, a lubricator, and a 2-inch ball valve. The unit is site-ready with forklift slots and lifting lugs to facilitate safe handling.
