Jet wash 84
The Jetwash 84 Degreasing System is constructed entirely from stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. It features a double-skin construction with 18mm injected cavity insulation, which maximizes insulation for the hot water used in the cleaning process. This system is designed to automatically wash and degrease a wide variety of components using a hot water and environmentally-friendly detergent.
The Jetwash 84 has an 840mm diameter basket that remains stationary while the spray boom revolves around it, protecting delicate components from damage. It sprays over 150 litres of water per minute, which is then filtered to remove debris before returning to the tank. The system is fully automatic, with a cycle that resets each time the lid is opened, and components flash dry in seconds. Additional options such as a steam condenser and oil disk skimmer are available.
