1212 Pressure Blast
The 1212 Pressure Blast is a heavy-duty cyclone pressure blast cabinet designed to accommodate all abrasive media available on the market. It features a two-cartridge, jet pulse dust collector with a capacity of 1800 CFM, and a 900mm rubber-lined cyclone reclaimer. The cabinet includes a Burwell 1642 blast pot with a 90L capacity, and all necessary hoses and interconnecting ducting are provided.
The cabinet's work area measures 1200mm in width, depth, and height, with a door opening of 1100mm by 1160mm. It operates with a 415-volt, three-phase, 7.5 kW motor for the dust collector and a 240-volt, single-phase power for the cabinet light switch. Optional features include a trolley, turntable, tracks, a noise attenuator, and a pneumatic lift-up door. The unit weighs 1 tonne and is shipped in a half semi-trailer.
