1600 Breeze-Pro Air Dryer
The 1600 Breeze-Pro Air Dryer is the largest air dryer designed for use with Bulk Blast Machines, particularly suited to Burwell MS3 and MS6 models. It features a desiccant-free design utilizing an Australian Made Coalescing Stainless Steel Filter, ensuring up to 90% moisture removal from blasting air under conditions of approximately 35 degrees Celsius ambient temperature and 100% relative humidity.
Constructed in Australia to AS1210 standards using Australian Plate Steel, the 1600 Breeze-Pro is built tough, rated to 175 psi, and designed to operate quietly. It is equipped with a pressure relief valve, air regulator, moisture trap, lubricator, and both 2" and 3" ball valves. The unit is site-ready with forklift slots and lifting lugs to facilitate safe handling, and it is certified with MDR and Australian Design Registration.
