1212 Suction Blast
The 1212 Suction Blast is designed for high performance blasting efficiency and productivity. It features a working chamber measuring 1200mm by 1200mm and is constructed from 2mm steel sheet with a powder coat finish. The system includes a cyclone grit cleaner/reclaimer and a tungsten carbide blast gun, ensuring effective and durable operation.
This blast cabinet is equipped with a 40 bag, 1000 cfm dust collector and offers an upgrade option to a jet pulse cartridge dust collector with a 600mm diameter cyclone reclaimer for easier cleaning. Additional features include a foot pedal operated system linked to a door safety switch, an internal blow down gun, and a moisture separator with an air regulator and pressure gauge. Options such as a trolley, turntable, and tracks are available upon request.
