68 Suction Blast
The 68 Suction Blast is designed for high performance blasting efficiency and productivity. It is constructed from 2mm sheet steel with a powder coat finish, featuring a working chamber measuring 880mm by 640mm. The system includes a high volume cyclone grit cleaner and a tungsten carbide blast gun, ensuring effective and durable operation. The unit is foot pedal operated and linked to a safety door switch for enhanced safety during use.
This blast cabinet comes with a 20 bag, 300 cfm dust collector, with an optional upgrade to a Jet pulse cartridge dust collector that includes a 300mm diameter cyclone reclaimer for easier cleaning. Additional features include a right hand side door opening, an internal blow down gun, a moisture separator, an air regulator, and a pressure gauge. The cabinet is powered by a 415 volt, three phase 0.75 kW motor for the dust collector and a 240 volt, single phase for the cabinet light switch.
